Job Description

Regional Sales – Multi Family Construction – Atlanta 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Atlanta, GA Build and nurture strong face-to-face relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs-particularly within the multifamily property market . Identify key decision-makers, manage bid responses (RFPs, ITBs), and secure profitable contracts that lead to repeat business. Collaborate directly with clients to create accurate scopes of work, ensuring alignment with

ADA, IBC

, and local pricing/regulatory standards. Conduct property assessments, perform job walks, deliver real-time pricing insights, and support clients in resolving hidden or unforeseen jobsite issues. Partner closely with estimators, project managers, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution, including participation in kickoff, progress, and final project meetings. Maintain organized client records, manage invoicing and collections, and provide consistent updates to both clients and internal stakeholders. Represent the company at networking events, local/state apartment association functions, and industry trade events to drive business development. Be available to support clients during catastrophic events, ensuring company readiness and responsiveness in urgent scenarios. Requirements:

Proven track record in multifamily construction sales with expertise in roofing, interiors, exteriors, and restoration services. Strong ability to develop and qualify scopes of work with working knowledge of construction standards and compliance. Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), job pricing, and contract negotiation. OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain); familiarity with IICRC standards is a plus. Knowledge of

, and local pricing guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization. Strong time management, organizational skills, and self-starter mindset. Must be comfortable with regional daily travel and occasional extended hours as needed.
