Key Responsibilities :
Evaluate new technologies for life insurance underwriting workflows. Develop business cases, project plans, and implement underwriting solutions. Identify process improvements and define functional requirements. Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and test plans. Provide training, support, and troubleshoot underwriting systems. Analyze underwriting data to deliver insights and recommendations. Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience contract drafting experience. Proven success leading projects to implementation. Expertise in process improvement and contractual terms/wording. Experience with project management, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. P&C reinsurance, or underwriting experience is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in data tools (Tableau, Excel, Power BI) preferred. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
