We focus on commercial and light industrial sectors with an emphasis on the commercial sector, higher-ed, student housing and public works etc. Doing both new construction and tenant improvement projects. What you will do:

Estimating, bidding, project cost analysis
Coordinate costs of subcontractors and materials
Assist with buy out process
Meet deadlines
Lead all bid efforts for various projects
Mentor junior estimators
Light industrial projects What you need: 5+ years of estimating experience
BS in Construction Management or related
Commercial & light industrial projects Benefits Competitive base ($130,000-$150,000) + Bonus
