• Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare precise and detailed estimates for commercial construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project plans to effectively determine the full scope and requirements of each project. Calculate labor, materials, equipment, and other associated costs to provide comprehensive bids. Utilize cutting-edge estimating software, including PlanSwift and Togal.ai, to streamline the bidding process. Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure the most current pricing and enhance project efficiency. Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to clarify and adjust estimates as needed, ensuring satisfaction and alignment. Track estimates meticulously, update records, and assist in value engineering efforts to maximize project value.

• What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial estimating, demonstrating a strong track record in the field.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, measurements, and budgeting practices. A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and addressing inquiries over the phone. Proficiency with or eagerness to learn industry-specific tools like PlanSwift and Togal.ai. Highly organized, independent, and efficient in managing tasks and responsibilities. Willingness to travel locally and seamlessly work both in-office and remotely as required.
