Estimator We are looking for an Estimator experienced inCabinetry and Countertops to accurately management and estimatematerials, labor, and other related expenses for commercialprojects. As the Estimator you will be responsible forcollaborating closely with clients, architects, contractors, andvarious departments to understand project specifications andobjectives. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous approach toworking with numbers and data, ensuring no detail is overlooked incomplex construction documents.

Estimator:
Analyze architectural andstructural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to identifyscope work and complexity of the project. Prepare accuratetake-offs and material lists from drawings and specifications.
Effective communication and attention to detail are essential toensure the successful completion of projects in a timely manner andsatisfied customers every time. Develop and maintain relationshipswith suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitivepricing and timely delivery of materials and services. Collaboratewith the designers and sales teams to prepare drawings, proposalsand bids for potential projects and approvals. Review project plansand contracts to ensure all requirements are understood andincluded in the estimate. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordsof estimates, bids, and contracts. Requirements of the
Estimator:
3years of Estimating experiencewith Residential and/or Commercialprojects. Strong knowledge of millwork, building materials,building codes and regulations Experience using takeoff software toscale and analyze plans. Proficient with reading and interpretingconstruction documents, including architectural plans, interiordesign plans, specifications, schedules, and addendums. Exceptionalattention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently andmanage a structured workload.
