We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to learn, grow, and be part of something special. Position Summary We are seeking a Junior Estimator to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in the behind-the-scenes process of bringing large-scale construction projects to life. You’ll work closely with experienced estimators and receive hands-on training in the tools, methods, and strategy behind successful project bidding. Responsibilities Assist in quantity takeoffs and cost estimating using PlanSwift and other tools Interpret construction drawings and specifications to develop material and labor estimates Communicate with general contractors and project managers via email and phone Help prepare bid packages and proposals Organize and track project documents Support senior estimators and grow into more advanced responsibilities over time Develop knowledge of masonry materials, labor pricing, and construction methods Represent Platinum Masonry with professionalism and a sales-focused mindset Requirements High school diploma with 3.0 GPA or higher Strong spatial reasoning and basic math skills Comfortable with technology, including: PlanSwift Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) Detail-oriented and meticulous in reviewing plans and figures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn , grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and ability to commute daily to our office What We Offer On-the-job training and mentorship Clear path for career growth•potential to become a full Estimator with: Bonus incentive structure for each project awarded Exposure to large-scale commercial construction projects A tight-knit team and the chance to make a meaningful impact
