  Posted May 19, 2025 Project Manager / Estimator Lilburn, GA 110k-150k depending on PM / Estimating experience in Steel Erection/Fabrication Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of heavy industrial projects involving structural steel and metals.

This role will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within the specified time frame, budget, and quality standards while managing a team of project managers and coordinators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy industrial construction and experience working with structural steel and metals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety protocols are followed
Manage a team of project managers and coordinators to assign tasks, provide guidance, and resolve any issues that may arise
Implement and maintain project management processes and procedures
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

• Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may impact project timelines or costs
  Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress
  Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote team efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in heavy industrial project management
Strong knowledge of structural steel and metal fabrication processes Benefits
