Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial HVAC Estimator located in Gainesville, GA. The Commercial HVAC Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects, reviewing project specifications, analyzing key metrics, conducting site visits, and liaising with suppliers and contractors. Qualifications Experience in HVAC Skilled in Project Management and Budgeting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools Experience in the commercial HVAC industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus
