Accurately maintain job setup and financial reporting documents as required through the duration of each project Ensure technical documents specified in purchase order are the correct revision and saved in the job folder Collaborate with functional team members and assist with the creation/compliance of the project risk and mitigation plan Ensure accurate records are maintained for all project related meetings o Ensure items requiring additional attention are followed through until completion Clearly identify, measure, and communicate the project milestones, goals, and expectations to the project and management team during the life cycle of each project Ensure the following items are completed on a weekly basis: o Man hour reports o Decision register updates o Document Index submittals/receipts Submit project drawings and documents as required by the document index Maintain and execute project execution plans and schedules Collaborate with functional departments as needed to ensure document deliverables are submitted to and returned from clients and/or vendors to maintain project schedule Ensure long lead BOM items are ordered on time and continuously tracked Assist with generating purchase requisitions for consumables with lead times ensuring alignment with manufacturing needs Track and report material in-flows throughout the life cycle of the project Attend and participate in recurring operational and production meetings to discuss project status updates Maintain constant communication with the customer regarding project progression, delivery, and financial status Assist with the creation, submission, and execution of project variation and change orders Support manufacturing efforts through the production cycle Interface with quality and operational teams to ensure all quality requirements are being achieved Assist with the coordination of customer and/or third-party service providers for inspection, as required Assist with project close out; final invoicing, documentation, and post-delivery requirements Ensure customer expectations are met and a positive relationship is maintained Ensure project milestone payment schedules are invoiced on time Receive and process spare parts orders according to purchase order terms and conditions Perform other tasks as assigned by management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Must possess a basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
