Full Job Description Duties:
As an Estimator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing project documents to determine the scope of work for estimates.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and owners to understand project requirements.
- Conducting on-site visits to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
- Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Developing detailed proposals and bids based on project specifications.
- Monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management.
- Proficiency in cost control techniques and familiarity with construction management processes.
