Company Elective Profit Sharing Summary:

The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for managing the project from bid estimate to completion. The main responsibility of the role is site preparation and Title V septic installation. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for a variety of other tasks including interior and exterior remodels, materials delivery, and snow removal. The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the successful completion of assigned projects, on budget, on time, while maintaining the highest possible quality.

Responsibilities:

Prepare project cost estimates, solicit subcontractors for quotations, and review subcontractor scopes of work for completeness. Prepare, monitor, maintain and update budgets, cost projections and assign appropriate personnel and resources to all phases of the project. Ensure permits and licensing requirements have been fulfilled. Direct field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship. Identify issues that affect project success and proactively solve problems. Fully understand project plans, specifications, and safety policies and their requirements. Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employees. Administer all construction documents, submittals, subcontracts, transmittals, punch lists and other project close out documents. Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and immediately rectify job site hazards. Administer daily and weekly reports, ensuring field reports are received and filed. Prepare documents for weekly meetings with clients. Understand and implement company safety practices to comply with corporate, OSHA, and other governing agencies to ensure a safe work environment for all company employees, contractors, customers, other agencies, and members of the public.

Education and Experience:

BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent Construction Management experience. 7+ years demonstrated successful experience with project management. Salary will be based on experience. CSL or GC preferred
