Description The Estimator -Commercial Projects – Beverly, MA will be responsible for: Preparedetailed and accurate cost estimates for all project phases,including materials, labor, and equipment. Analyze blueprints,specifications, and project documents to determine scope andrequirements. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineersto clarify project needs and refine estimates. Research and sourcepricing from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensurecompetitive bids. Review and evaluate subcontractor bids foraccuracy and alignment with project goals. Update and adjust costprojections based on project changes or unforeseen conditions.

Maintain thorough documentation of estimates, bids, and projectcosts for reporting and compliance. Contribute to value engineeringby identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromisingquality. Profile The Estimator – Commercial Projects – Beverly, MAshould have: 5 years of estimating experience Extensive experienceestimating and managing costs for commercial ground-up constructionprojects Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineeringor other related field Excellent analytical skills for preparingaccurate bids, budgets, and cost projections. Skilled incoordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to alignestimates with project requirements. Proficient in using estimatingsoftware and tools to develop detailed and competitive proposals.
