Description TheConstruction Estimator will be responsible for: Prepare conceptual,schematic, and detailed estimates for ground-up and renovationprojects Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bidsto develop accurate cost assessments Perform quantity takeoffs andsupport value engineering efforts Collaborate with preconstruction,project management, and business development teams Communicate withclients, architects, and engineers during the preconstruction phaseManage bid solicitations and ensure timely and complete proposalsubmissions Maintain historical cost data and support continuousimprovement of estimating tools and processes Assist insubcontractor scope reviews and budget alignment meetings ProfileThe Construction Lead Estimator will possess: 5 years as anestimator Strong analytical skills and attention to detailExperience in sectors such as retail, hospitality, life sciences,auto dealerships, or commercial projects Proficiency withestimating software, digital takeoff tools, and Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and organizational abilities Ability tomanage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously Based in orable to commute regularly to Beverly, MA (in-office role) Ateam-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within a reputable andexpanding firm Job Offer The Construction Estimator will receive:
