DescriptionPrepare accurate quantity takeoffs, estimates, and bid proposalsfor ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $2M-$20M Analyzedrawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes to ensurecomprehensive and competitive bids Collaborate closely withPreconstruction Managers and Senior Estimators to strategize onapproach and pricing Manage and support Assistant Estimators,providing mentorship and oversight as needed Lead communicationwith subcontractors and vendors to solicit pricing and ensure scopecoverage Utilize BuildingConnected , On-Screen Takeoff , Excel ,and Procore to manage all estimating workflows Participate ininternal handoff meetings with project management and field teamsContribute to continuous improvement of estimating tools,templates, and processes Maintain a strong understanding of currentmarket trends, material pricing, and labor conditions Profile 3years as an estimator Strong analytical skills and attention todetail Experience in sectors such as retail, hospitality, lifesciences, auto dealerships, or commercial projects Proficiency withestimating software, digital takeoff tools, and Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and organizational abilities Ability tomanage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously Based in orable to commute regularly to Beverly, MA (in-office role) Ateam-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within a reputable andexpanding firm Job Offer Compensation up to $155,000 (dependant onexperience) Annual Bonus PTO Profit Sharing Company Paid healthcaredental & Vision MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race,color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity orexpression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status,marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group orclass protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
