Description The Construction Estimatorwill be responsible for: Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs,estimates, and bid proposals for ground-up and renovation projectsranging from $2M-$20M Analyze drawings, specifications, andsubcontractor scopes to ensure comprehensive and competitive bidsCollaborate closely with Preconstruction Managers and SeniorEstimators to strategize on approach and pricing Manage and supportAssistant Estimators, providing mentorship and oversight as neededLead communication with subcontractors and vendors to solicitpricing and ensure scope coverage Utilize BuildingConnected ,On-Screen Takeoff , Excel , and Procore to manage all estimatingworkflows Participate in internal handoff meetings with projectmanagement and field teams Contribute to continuous improvement ofestimating tools, templates, and processes Maintain a strongunderstanding of current market trends, material pricing, and laborconditions Profile The Construction Estimator will possess: 3 yearsas an estimator Strong analytical skills and attention to detailExperience in sectors such as retail, hospitality, life sciences,auto dealerships, or commercial projects Proficiency withestimating software, digital takeoff tools, and Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and organizational abilities Ability tomanage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously Based in orable to commute regularly to Beverly, MA (in-office role) Ateam-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within a reputable andexpanding firm Job Offer The Construction Estimator will receive:
