Note:
The hourly rate for this position is $35
- $45 / hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
Analyze projects: Review blueprints and plans to determine the scope of work Calculate costs: Determine the materials and labor required, and price them accordingly Consider all factors: Account for the potential impact of weather, insurance, and the duration of the work Ensure compliance: Make sure estimates meet legislation, standards, and safety requirements
Communicate:
Work with subcontractors and suppliers, and provide customer service
Negotiate:
Check and negotiate the cost of changes submitted by contractors Prepare reports: Prepare and review tender submissions, and prepare reports and correspondence
Qualifications:
