We’re seeking a Commercial Estimator with 5 years of experienceto join a well-established general contractor and leadpreconstruction efforts on multifamily, mixed-use, and generalcommercial projects. This is an on-site role in Lowell, MA,offering autonomy, direct collaboration with leadership, and theopportunity to run projects from concept through completion. • Responsibilities Work directly with the Head of Preconstruction toestimate and manage diverse project types including adaptive reuse,ground-up construction, affordable housing, mixed-use multifamily,tenant improvements, and general commercial projects. Handle bothhard bids and preconstruction work
• your day-to-day will vary andchallenge you to grow.

Take ownership of the full estimationlifecycle from concept to final pricing. Collaborate with internalteams and clients to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive bids.
