MANAGER-JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Management

• Developaccurate budgets by utilizing historical data from previousprojects
• Periodically visit all pending and active projects toensure correct field methods and total knowledge of the project.
• Possess knowledge of local material, labor and equipment costs
• Oversee and track all labor on each project, whether from outsidesubcontracts or from internal labor sources.
• Providepredetermined deliverables in a timely manner includingverification of all completed work.
• Manage and develop teammembers to ensure proper growth within the organization.

EXECUTIVE-JOB DESCRIPTION

PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Builds leads and motivates an effectivemanagement team (including field management w/ Dir of Operationsand Dir of Field Management).
• Organize and evaluate staff
• Mantain strong relationships with clients via Marketing.
• Responsible for establishing/submit cost controls for approval,implement and monitor controls for assigned projects including, butnot limited to:
• Cost Controls, including timely and accurateprojections

Project Closeout Audits:

• Assist with evaluating Fieldimplementation including:
• Cost
• Productivity
• Unit Prices
• Quality
• Manpower
• Scheduling
• Subcontractor ManagementManagement of Project Folders including, but not limited to:

ESTIMATOR-JOBDESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities:

• As a Drywall Estimator youwill interpret plans and specifications in order to prepare writtenproposals for bids and proposals
• Possess knowledge of localmaterial, labor and equipment costs
• Maintain understanding of alllocal, city and state building codes in assigned locations
• Manageand train project engineers and assistant project estimators toensure proper growth within the organization
• Continuously developand improve upon knowledge for all product lines, includingdrywall, acoustical, doors/frames/hardware
