Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing Estimator located in Lowell, MA. The Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project specifications and drawings, performing material take-offs, preparing accurate and competitive estimates, and collaborating with project managers and clients. The role also includes understanding and interpreting blueprints and conducting site visits to gather necessary information for project estimation. The candidate will manage bid pricing from vendors and subcontractors, and present finalized bids to clients and management. Qualifications Experience with evaluating project specifications, performing material take-offs, and preparing estimates Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints, and conducting site visits Ability to manage bid pricing from vendors and subcontractors Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency with estimation software and Microsoft Office Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Relevant experience in the plumbing or construction industry Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Certification or training in Estimation or related fields is beneficial
