Electrical Estimator Position Available In Suffolk, Massachusetts

Job Description:

I am partnered with an Electrical Contractor who is urgentlylooking for an Electrical Estimator to add to their growing team.

Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communicationskills along with a positive and outgoing attitude. The Estimatorwill be responsible for developing accurate and competitiveestimates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to manage andreview subcontractors and vendor’s bid, proposal and Bill ofMaterials Perform budget pricing from schematic drawing andnarrative Draft scope letters, proposals and vendor solicitationsWork under deadlines efficiently and in a composed manner Identifyany inconsistent issues, problems and other issues within biddocuments Communicate and partner with project managers and generalcontractors to ensure a high-quality estimate is delivered on timeKnowledgeable with construction documents, including the ability toread drawings and specifications Develop and maintain clientrelationships

Skills and Experience:

8-10 Years of electricalestimating experience Excellent time management and organizationalskills Experience utilizing Estimating software applicationsKnowledge of general construction practices Knowledge of the
