We are seeking to hire a Building Estimator to expand our team. Our ideal candidate will possess a background in building estimating with at least two years of experience in an insurance-related field. Proficiency in Xactimate is required.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the assessment of property damages to both residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, wind as well as other insured perils. Meet with insurance adjusters to present and review damage assessments. Negotiate settlements with insurance representatives. ​

Qualifications:

2+ years of property damage assessment experience Proficient in Xactimate Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong negotiation skills Self-motivated Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail
