Salary:

$80,000-$95,000 base + bonus & benefits
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in sales within the remodeling or construction industry, this could be a perfect fit. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Build strong, lasting client relationships
Present remodeling solutions to potential customers
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Negotiate contracts and close sales
Meet and exceed sales targets
Stay on top of industry trends and competitors
Work closely with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
5+ years of sales experience (remodeling/construction preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
Skilled in negotiation and closing deals
Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Self-starter who works well independently and with a team
