As a Landscape Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping projects’ success across installation, maintenance, and snow divisions. We’re looking for a forward-thinking individual who thrives in a process-driven environment and values accuracy, collaboration, and innovation.

Confidence:
Read and interpret drawings and specifications to create accurate, timely estimates.
Support Sales Success:
Prepare proposals, drawings, and documentation to help the sales team shine.
Organize for
Excellence:
Set up job files with all the details—work orders, drawings, photos, permits, and more.
Collaborate Effectively:
Work with sales, production, and finance teams to ensure projects run smoothly, from estimate to invoicing.
Analyze & Improve:
Review job costs and production reports, making adjustments to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Champion Processes:
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline estimating practices.
Drive Professional Growth:
Assist with other team needs while contributing to our mission, goals, and success.
