Position Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
Travel within our service areas to meet with homeowners and perform in-field inspections. Utilize both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline. Attend home shows and networking events(weekends & evenings occasionally) Diagnose foundation and waterproofing issues to design the best repair solutions. Present estimates and close sales with customers on-site. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction through regular communication. Maintain detailed records on CRM. Contribute to the company’s growth through collaboration with our field teams.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Minimum 3 years proven sales or negotiation experience. Previous experience in construction or home improvement is a plus. Self-motivated with an ability to generate and manage leads. Basic computer proficiency required. Must have a valid driver’s license.
