The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, providing accurate cost estimates for various construction projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with project managers and clients. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. What You’ll Do Read plans and specs Perform takeoffs using your desired takeoff software Build estimates for framing, drywall, insulation, paint, ACT, and openings Input quantities into templates and price out jobs Coordinate with PMs and GCs as needed What We’re Looking For 2+ years in construction or estimating Comfortable reading architectural plans Familiar with Bluebeam or other take off softwares Detail-oriented and organized Field experience in drywall or framing is a plus Pay & Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Fast-growing company with room to move up Office-based role with team support and training
