Job Purpose:
- Responsible to manageminor model development cost activities which includes BOMmaturation, ML communication across
HDMA, DB
Cost Correlation, CostRoll-up/Reporting to ADC top management.
- Also assist on fullmodel development activities.
- Demonstrate understanding of thetechnical processes involved in new model cost management.
Communicate and lead event schedule requirements.•
KeyAccountabilities:
Lead minor model project management Recognize problems/issue with new model development Communicates effectively with other groups to establish/reportaccurate new model costs Prepare New Model cost presentations that explainscost/investment to ADC management Analyze results and investigate cost change reasons Confirmation of cost change reasons by part for summarizationand reporting Review and establish cost-based part structures for NewModels Understands group business plan goals and howrole/responsibility achieves those goals

Qualifications,Experience, and Skills:
BS in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, orPurchasing preferred or 6 years relevant experience required 2-6 years of relevant experience based on education 1-2 years accounting/finance (cost management) experience New model project management experience Understanding of Bill of Materials, GML, cost systems, anddesign change systems

Working Conditions:
International travel (as required) to support unit cost roll-upand attend evaluations OT as required during weekdays and weekends to support modelactivities No physical requirements outside of normal office activity
