You’ll develop detailed project plans, manage project budgets, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure everything stays on track. You’ll also be the go-to person for managing project teams and ensuring that all work meets high-quality standards and safety regulations. This role is essential in delivering top-notch projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate project activities across clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule Monitor and control project budgets to ensure profitability, providing regular financial updates Ensure all projects comply with safety standards and industry regulations through regular site inspections Identify and manage project risks, taking proactive steps to mitigate disruptions Communicate regularly with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or updates Provide leadership in handling project challenges and deliverables

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field At least 10 years of experience in project management and estimating within commercial construction Experience with federal government construction projects is preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications Strong working knowledge of project management and estimating software Clean background check and driving record required Must be willing to travel within the state of Mississippi About the
