Role Description Balius Industrial, LLC is seeking an industrial insulation and coatings estimator/project manager. This is a full-time on-site role as a industrial soft goods Estimator/Project Manager specializing in Painting/Insulation located in Mobile, AL. The estimator/project manager will submit bids for painting/coating/insulation/scaffolding and oversee project controls, ensure construction safety, manage budgets, and utilize supervisory skills to lead the construction team on-site. Qualifications CIP Level 1, 2 or 3 is a plus Supervisory Skills and Project Control Budgeting and Construction Safety Experience in managing construction projects Strong communication and leadership abilities Knowledge of painting and insulation techniques Certifications in construction safety are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
