Commercial Construction Estimator Performance Building Solutions, LLC 301 10th NW Street, Conover, NC 28613 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction estimating, with the ability to analyze project specifications and costs effectively. This role involves collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate cost assessments and successful project delivery. Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and overhead costs. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates. Utilize estimating software On Screen Takeoff and Quickbid to streamline the estimation process. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure alignment on project scope and budget. Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data for accurate estimating. Provide support in project management tasks as needed, ensuring timely completion of projects. Requirements Experience in metal studs and drywall in commercial construction. Proficiency in estimating software such as On Screen Takeoff and Quickbid is preferred. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
