The idealcandidate will have 3 years of experience as an Estimator in thecommercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and officemarkets. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Prepare and estimate budget costs forconstruction including labor and material costs Utilize ConceptualDesign and Value Engineering as needed Write up and presentbudgets, reports, and project plans Developing and managingestimates on multiple, simultaneous projects Work with clients,owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able towork autonomously
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or related field 3 years ofexperience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily,healthcare, educational, and office markets Experience working onprojects valued up to $50M Proficiency in using constructionmanagement software and tools Ability to adapt to changing projectrequirements and priorities Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills A primary focus on delivering the bestcustomer service experience
