Our client is looking for the right person to join the team asan estimator. This Estimator role will be an essential part of thepre-construction efforts on all commercial and multifamilyconstruction projects. Client Details Our client is s a mediumsized General Contractor based out of Northwest Arkansas. Withclose to 30 years of experience and hundreds of projects undertheir tool belts, they take pride in knowing that they will be ableto provide quality service you deserve. This construction firmspecializes in commercial and multifamily projects up to $30M invalue. Description The Estimator will report directly to thePreconstruction Manager Generates estimates & proposals forselected projects. Obtains bidders lists for projects that havebeen scoped & estimated. Actively pursues bid projects with timelyfollow up & awareness of project status. Assists walk-in customerswith project & product inquiries.
