Construction Estimator :

• Assist in pre-construction functions including estimating, take offs, and proposals
• Solicit subcontractors to make sure there is proper coverage on a project
• Analyze and scope subcontractors to establish consistency among proposals
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs
• Participate in pre-bid meetings
• Assist with the preparation of the estimate and scope of work
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to collaborate on a regular basis with the project team
• Generate and distribute meeting minutes
• Advertise potential projects to bidding subcontractors
• Attend pre-bid site-meetings with potential clients and subcontractors Requirements of the

Construction Estimator :

• 2+ years of estimating in commercial construction
• Healthcare and Lab experience highly preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize several tasks without compromising the quality of work or project deadlines
• Proven organization skills in a high-paced work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient with computer systems and software
