- Commercial Drywall Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Estimator for Commercial Drywall division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and preparing detailed proposals for drywall and related projects, bonus if you have experience with EIFS and stucco applications. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, industry knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure successful project execution and profitability. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial drywall Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to assess project requirements and constraints. Conduct site visits to gather information and verify project conditions. Present estimates and proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have. Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to provide accurate and competitive estimates. Qualifications Proven experience as an estimator in commercial drywall

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
