Description Working directlyalongside the Director of Precon, Senior Estimator – Leading NCGeneral Contractor – Triad will be responsible for: Determining thetotal cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor forconstruction projects. Researching construction documents andanalyzing specifications. Preparing estimates for planning,organizing, and scheduling project work. Managing pre-qualificationand pre-bid submissions. Preparing estimates to meet project goals,such as setting work hours, sequencing tasks, obtaining materials,and securing the best deals with vendors and subcontractors.

Ensuring that relevant documents and budgets are submitted before abid deadline. Regularly reporting to Management and keeping clientsupdated on the project status. Formulating contingency plans andeffectively managing risks that might impact cost and timeestimates. Keeping track of the latest estimating technology andindustry-related techniques. Collaborating with other teams,conducting site visits, and providing other services, like biddeliveries, when required. Profile The successful Senior Estimator- Leading NC General Contractor – Triad will have the followingexperience: 5 years of Construction estimating expereince with aGeneral Contractor. Knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and costprinciples. Basic knowledge of project management Software A matureprofessional with excellent judgment. A highly entrepreneurial,self-motivated and results-oriented individual. Exceptionalcommunication skills (written and verbal) and intuitiveinterpersonal skills.
