Estimator Cityscape Recruitment Ltd Charlotte, NC 28105 Estimator – Commercial General Contractor About The Company My client is a commercial general contractor and construction management company that has been operating for the last 35 years. They specialize in new construction, renovations, and adaptive reuse projects. Their portfolio consists of projects and developments in healthcare, educational (K-12 & higher ed), commercial and hospitality. About the opportunity They are currently looking for an Estimator in Charlotte, NC to work on several commercial ground up construction projects.

Cost Estimation:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.

Bid Preparation:

Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to develop comprehensive bid proposals.

Vendor and Subcontractor Relations:

Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentation. Generate reports and summaries for internal review and client presentations. Rewards And Benefits My client is paying between $95,000 – $125,000 per annum as a base salary DOE with a competitive benefits package. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience working for a general contractor as an Estimator Must have the ability to read drawings and interpret specifications. Commercial construction experience
