• Fast Growing GC
• Charlotte will be responsiblefor: Analyzing construction blueprints and other documents toprepare time frames, costs, material, and labor estimates Preparingbid packages, development budgets, and analyzing subcontractor bidsfor use in conceptual and bid proposal estimates Establishingmaterial pricing and conducting takeoffs Working closely withconstruction project management team to maintain estimatethroughout project Consulting with vendors and internal projectteams to resolve issues Establishing and maintaining strongsubcontractor relationships Profile The successful Estimator•FastGrowing GC•Charlotte will have: At least 5 years of commercialconstruction estimating experience with a GC Ability to performtake-offs and organize material pricing Must be a self-starter andunderstand deadlines.

Must have good phone and excellent peopleskills. Must be proficient with project/estimating related softwareincluding iSqFt, ProCore, Sage, On-Screen Takeoff Must beproficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,Project) Job Offer The Estimator
