Description Prepare detailed costestimates for construction projects, including quantity take-offs,labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Analyzedrawings, specifications, and other documentation to developaccurate and competitive bids. Solicit and evaluate subcontractorand vendor quotes; develop scopes of work and ensure coverage forall trades. Lead bid-day activities, including final pricingcompilation, bid form completion, and submission. Collaborate withproject managers, preconstruction managers, and field staff toensure alignment between the estimate and project executionstrategy. Perform value engineering and cost-saving analysis toprovide clients with options that meet their budget withoutcompromising quality. Maintain an organized historical costdatabase and update unit pricing based on market trends.

Participate in project handoff meetings and support the transitionfrom estimating to operations. Attend pre-bid meetings and sitevisits to understand project logistics, constraints, and othercost-impacting factors. Track and manage bid schedules and proposaldeadlines, ensuring timely and complete submissions. Prepare andpresent estimate reports for internal review and clientpresentation as needed. Profile 2 years experience within theconstruction industry Previous estimating experience MEPsubcontractor experience highly desired Must be ambitious anddriven to succeed, you would describe yourself as someone who has acalculated approach and are always thinking of your next moveSomeone who genuinely wants to be part of a thriving work-placeculture and is excited to partake in extracurricular activitiestogether like volunteering etc. 4 year Bachelors degree inconstruction management, civil engineering, or related field ofstudy highly desired Possess the team’s values of integrity,humility, and self-improvement Software proficiency with thefollowing preferred but not required:
