• Charlotte will beresponsible for: Analyzing construction blueprints and otherdocuments to prepare time frames, costs, material, and laborestimates Preparing bid packages, development budgets, andanalyzing subcontractor bids for use in conceptual and bid proposalestimates Establishing pricing and conducting comparison activitiesWorking closely with construction project management team tomaintain estimate throughout project Consulting with vendors andinternal project teams to resolve issues Establishing andmaintaining strong subcontractor relationships Profile Thesuccessful Junior Estimator•Interiors•Charlotte will beresponsible for: At least 5 years construction experience (and 3years estimating hard-bid jobs) A High School Diploma required,relevent degree is preferred Ability to perform take-offs andorganize conceptual budget pricing Must be a self-starter andunderstand deadlines.

Must have good phone and excellent peopleskills. Must be proficient with project/estimating related softwareincluding iSqFt, ProCore, Sage, On-Screen Takeoff Must beproficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,Project, etc) Job Offer The successful Junior Estimator
