Job Description:

We are looking for someone to create high levels of customersatisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling thecompany’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitabledelivery of restoration Operations Management services .

Thisperson MUST:

Facilitate the timely and profitable delivery of allrestoration services required to rapidly return customer’s propertyto pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs and downtime followingproperty damage Possess IICRC certification in Water and/orrelevant restoration certification Have experience with

XactimateQualifications and Responsibilities:

Maintain strategicrelationships with vendors and subcontractors Exceed profitabilitytargets on managed projects Plan and execute projects to completionMaintain efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork fromthe job site to administration Coordinate resource planning oftechnicians, laborers and subcontractors with scheduler/productionmanager Maintain a written schedule for projects Maintain marketleadership through continuous implementation of state-of-caretechnology as it pertains to the delivery of our services Ordermaterials required for projects and coordinate delivery to job siteMaintain effective communication daily with customers and allinvolved parties – including third-party owners, buildingengineers, property managers, tenants, etc. Works with Estimator toreview and oversee job estimates Compensation Competitive basesalary Additional bonuses based on performance Company equipment:
