We are a growing company looking for someone with the right background who wants to grow with us. The ideal candidate will have a background in consultative sales and construction, and will work with customers to sell the insulation services that best fit their needs. Koala Insulation is an insulation contractor providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners. Travels to residential, commercial, and government sites within territory to complete the estimation process for our insulation services. Use product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale. Networking to build contractor relationships within territory. Performs other related duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities Ability to interpret blueprints is required. Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Experience using a CRM. Valid Driver’s license is required. Ability to pass a background check is required. Preferred Experience Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills At least 3 to 5 years of experience directly managing a crew Hired and terminated employees A record of customer service/customer facing experience Maintenance and repair of equipment, motors, generators, sprayers Experience in construction or labor intensive jobs Enforced safety standards and process compliance Experience with county code requirements. Experience within the insulation industry.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of walking, standing, crouching, and maneuvering through attics and crawl spaces. Jobsite environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, and heights. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
