Based in Wilmington, NC , your responsibilities include: Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to develop accurate estimates Collaborating with project managers and engineers to define project scope and costs Sourcing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing Preparing detailed bid proposals and project budgets Tracking project costs and aligning estimates with actuals Identifying cost efficiencies without compromising quality Staying updated on the latest plumbing materials, technologies, and industry codes

Experience :

5 years of relevant experience in plumbing estimation

Preferred:

HVAC estimating experience is a plus

Technical Skills :

Proficient in estimation software (e.g., Accubid, Esticom) and

MS Office Suite Knowledge :

Familiarity with electrical codes and standards

Communication :

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Detail-Oriented :

Exceptional accuracy in developing estimates

Valid Driver’s License :
