Our client, a well-established commercial HVAC contractor is looking for a Commercial HVAC Estimator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with in-field experience who is looking to move into estimating, or for an experienced estimator who wants to work on high-impact projects in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
Conduct Site Visits:
Evaluate job sites and existing HVAC systems to understand project scope and conditions.
Review Plans and Blueprints:
Analyze mechanical drawings and specs to determine system layout and equipment needs.
Develop Accurate Estimates:
Create detailed takeoffs for labor, materials, equipment, and timelines.
Prepare Proposals:
Draft clear, professional proposals that align with client goals and company capabilities.
Collaborate:
Work closely with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure estimates are competitive and accurate.
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC—field or estimating Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry best practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and plans Experience with estimating tools (ServiceTitan, PlanSwift, FastDUCT, etc.) is a plus A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
