In this key role, you will be responsible for evaluating construction documents, performing site assessments, and producing accurate estimates for sitework projects. This role collaborates closely with project managers and field operations to support efficient project planning and execution.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in estimating civil/sitework projects including grading, utilities, and erosion control Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints Familiarity with industry practices, regulations, and construction standards Solid understanding of materials, labor, and equipment costs in site development Proficiency in estimating software such as AGTEK Gradework, AGTEK Underground, HCSS HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Safety certifications or training in sitework and construction estimating are a plus

DAY TO DAY

The Sitework Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs, preparing bids, analyzing blueprints, conducting site visits, and collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate project estimates.
