$99K – $134K a year 6 hours ago Qualifications Senior level Full Job Description Trifecta Services Company, top 15 largest demolition companies in North America, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Estimating Professional to join our growing Industrial team as a leader in the demolition and environmental space. This is a remote position; however, we prefer candidate is based in Central U.S. or East Coast time zones for better alignment with team collaboration and business hours. The Estimator will be responsible for: Develop and manage strategic partnerships and last-look opportunities to drive growth. Analyze bid documents, plans, and specifications to assess and identify targets of opportunity. Generate formal and informal RFIs to clarify bid documents and gather necessary information. Attend bid walks and pre-bid meetings to gather additional insights and information. Develop strategies to approach bids and proposals that separate us from our competition. Ensure timely review, completion, and submission of estimates, proposals, and RFP responses. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for accurate estimates and proposals. Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project requirements and objectives.
