We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Estimator to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Lead Estimator you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and providing comprehensive sales support to our clients. This role requires someone with a solid understanding of asphalt and concrete, as well as extensive experience reading blueprints and technical drawings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates for asphalt and concrete projects. Occasionally, Conduct site visits to assess project needs, and gather necessary information for accurate estimates. Prepare detailed proposals and submit bids to clients. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate project scopes and timelines. Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on project feasibility, budget considerations, and materials. Manage and prioritize multiple estimates and sales opportunities simultaneously. Maintain a clean and organized database of all bids, proposals, and communications with clients. Drive business development efforts and identify new opportunities for growth within the industry. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up, resolving issues, and providing post-project support.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in estimating, specifically in the asphalt and concrete industry. Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings. Strong understanding of asphalt and concrete construction processes, materials, and best practices. Proven track record of successfully managing and closing sales opportunities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clean driving record Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

Experience with project management software or CRM systems. Bilingual is a plus but not mandatory
