Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates and competitive bids for sitework projects Analyze blueprints, specifications, and related documents Conduct site visits to gather project data and assess conditions Collaborate closely with project managers and field teams Ensure estimates are accurate, thorough, and align with industry standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience estimating sitework (clearing, grading, utilities, etc.) Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans Hands-on experience conducting site assessments Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Strong communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with sitework industry standards and processes Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines under pressure

Preferred:

Experience with AGTEK (Grade work, Underground, Highway), HCSS Heavy Bid, and Microsoft Office Relevant certifications in construction safety, estimating, or sitework are a plus #INDW3
