Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Wendell, NC for a Sitework Estimator at Marks Clearing & Grading. The Sitework Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs, preparing bids, analyzing blueprints, conducting site visits, and collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate project estimates.
Qualifications
Experience in estimating sitework costs and preparing bids
Knowledge of clearing, grading, & utility installation
Proficiency in analyzing blueprints and conducting site visits
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in project estimates
Excellentmunication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of sitework processes and industry standards
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Relevant certifications in safety, sitework construction or estimating a plus
Experience and proficiency with AGTEK Gradework, Underground, Highway, HCSS HeavyBiD, & Microsoft Office Applications
