Duties:

• Estimate job costs, distribute drawings/specifications and submit proposals for review.
• Develop relationships with owners, contractors and suppliers.
• Understand all processes of job from acquisition to fulfillment.
• Responsible for all estimating duties, including but not limited to bids, pricing and change orders.
• Visit job sites.
• Resolve disputes with clients.
• Track labor and material costs of jobs.
• Additional duties as assigned.

The Requirements:

• Technical knowledge and/or experience with roofing solutions and/or construction
• Minimum of 5 years of construction knowledge and ideally 2-3 years of roofing experience
• Able to safely set and climb a ladder in all weather conditions
• Outdoor Aptitude
• able to work and drive in ever-changing weather conditions
