Responsibilities for drywall/metal framing Estimator Will be responsible for evaluating drawings, specifications, and other documentation Prepare accurate estimates for commercial, industrial, retail, and residential projects. The Estimator will also collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to identify requirements on projects Provide value engineering solutions, change orders, and submit proposals on time. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a Drywall/Light Gauge Metal Framing Estimator or similar role Strong proficiency in Stack Takeoff, and other Estimating software Excellent knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and costs Demonstrated ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with codes, regulations, and compliance requirements Compensation is based on experience Up to 125k full excellent benefits Collaborative company culture and much more! #Bos123
