Job Summary
Adecco is currently hiring for an Estimating Assistant in the Paramus, NJ area to support our client. The Estimating Assistant will assist with the preparation of project bids, scope letters, proposals, and maintain detailed project records. This role requires excellentanizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and input estimates for project bids
Draft scope letters and proposals
Maintain andanize project folders, trackers, and spreadsheets
Manage and centralize confidential estimating documentation
Support project managers with takeoffs and pricing updates
Occasionally answer iing phone calls
Ad to allpany policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications

Required Education:

High School diploma or GED

Preferred Experience:

5+ years in a similar role; construction/HVAC industry background strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite
Strongmunication andanizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands for tasks
Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception

Pay Details:

$25.00 per hour
